Learn. Attempt. Reflect. Repeat.

You can belong without disappearing.

You can belong
without disappearing.

Maybe you go quiet when somebody else seems more certain.

You agree before you know what you want. You take responsibility for everyone else. You explain more, take charge, or pull away when something feels uncertain.

Sometimes you leave a conversation wondering where you went.

You want connection, but being with other people can leave you feeling guarded, overwhelmed, responsible, or alone.

Being Yourself, Together is a place to notice those patterns while they are happening and practice what else may be possible.

You do not have to arrive confident, have the right language, or become someone else to participate.

What is Being Yourself, Together?

A small group.
A living practice.

This is a small, live online group where we explore what happens to us in relationship.

We begin with an internal check-in and time to ground. I bring a theme and a little teaching, followed by an invitation to experience what we are exploring.

From there, we move between conversation, somatic practice, reflection, and group coaching.

I bring preparation and structure. The people in the room still matter more than the plan.

What happens between us becomes part of the work. That may include wanting someone’s approval, holding back a request, feeling misunderstood, taking responsibility for someone else’s comfort, expressing a difference, or discovering that connection can survive an uncertain moment.

What you may practice

Places to begin,
not a fixed curriculum.

These are places to begin, not a fixed eight-part curriculum. Your experiences and the relationships developing in the group will help shape where we go.

What will the group feel like?

Live, small,
and relational.

This will not be a webinar where you disappear behind a black screen while I talk at you.

The group is live, small, participatory, and relational. Cameras will be on. Sessions will not be recorded.

There will be room to speak, listen, notice, laugh, feel awkward, change your mind, ask for a different pace, and say, “I don’t want to share that.”

Participation matters. So do your boundaries.

“It was comfortable, open and welcoming. I learned a lot about myself in the reflection of others in that process.”Participant in a previous School of Self group

About Sara

Guidance,
curiosity, and repair.

I’m Sara Sherman, co-founder of Dandelion School of Self.

My work is relational, experiential, and grounded in the belief that you are the authority on your own life.

I bring guidance, curiosity, directness, and attention to how we affect one another. You can disagree with me, tell me I have missed something, ask for a different pace, or decide that you do not want to explore something.

I am responsible for listening, considering my impact, and participating in repair.

Questions you may have

Before you decide.

Do I need previous coaching or group experience?

No. You can arrive with curiosity, uncertainty, or something you want to understand more fully. You do not need to know our language or have a perfectly defined goal.

Do I have to share personal things?

You decide what you disclose. Cameras are on and participation matters, but you are not required to tell your whole story. Naming a question, preference, boundary, or something you notice in the moment can also be participation.

Is this individual coaching in a group?

No. This is group coaching. Learning may happen through your own exploration, witnessing someone else’s experience, and noticing what happens between people in the group. Enrollment does not include private coaching.

Is this therapy?

Being Yourself, Together is a relational learning, group-coaching, and embodied-practice experience. It is not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, or crisis support.

What if I miss a session?

There are no recordings, replays, or individual makeup sessions. Missing a session does not create a refund.

What if I enroll and change my mind?

You have a three-calendar-day cancellation and refund window after purchasing, provided the group has not begun. After that window, ordinary withdrawal does not create a refund, credit, or transfer, and any remaining payment stays due. If the group itself does not proceed, the minimum-enrollment refund policy still applies.

What happens if the group does not reach four people?

If fewer than four adults enroll by October 21, the group will not proceed and all payments will be refunded in full. You will receive confirmation by October 22.

Can I talk with Sara before deciding?

Yes. You may schedule a free conversation before enrolling. It is available if talking would help, but it is not required.

Bring yourself.

Always complete,
never finished.

Bring your questions, uncertainty, humor, protective patterns, needs, boundaries, and willingness to notice what happens when we come together.

Something changes when a small group of people decides to show up honestly, not perfectly, and practice being more fully themselves together.

Every person shapes what becomes possible in the room. I would genuinely love to have you there.
