The program
Being Yourself, Together includes eight live online group-coaching and embodied-practice sessions led by Sara Sherman. Sessions meet on Zoom on Tuesdays from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. Central on October 27; November 3, 10, and 17; and December 1, 8, 15, and 22, 2026. There is no session during Thanksgiving week. The group is limited to four to eight adults. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Nature and limits of the service
Being Yourself, Together is a relational learning, group-coaching, and embodied-practice experience. It is not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, or crisis support. Enrollment does not include individual coaching. Participants are responsible for deciding what to disclose and may name a boundary, ask for a different pace, or decline to answer a question.
Participation and technology
The group is live and participatory. Cameras are expected to remain on. Participants should join from a private location and use headphones when needed to protect privacy. Sessions will not be recorded. Participants may not record, photograph, screen-capture, transcribe, or use an automated meeting assistant during a session.
Privacy within the group
Participants agree not to share another participant’s name, story, or identifying details outside the group. Sara will ask every participant to make this commitment, but cannot guarantee another participant’s behavior.
Onboarding
The onboarding form is required before participation. It must be completed within three calendar days of enrollment and no later than October 23. A person who has not completed onboarding may not enter the Zoom room until the form is complete.
Price and payment
Participants may pay $700 in full or choose two payments of $400, totaling $800. For the two-payment option, the first $400 is due at enrollment and the second $400 will be charged automatically to the saved payment method 30 days after enrollment. By selecting this option, the participant authorizes the second charge and commits to both payments. It is not an ongoing subscription, and there will not be a third charge. The second payment has a five-calendar-day grace period. If it remains unpaid, participation may be paused until the balance is resolved.
Minimum enrollment
The group requires at least four paid participants by October 21. If fewer than four adults enroll by that date, the group will not proceed, all payments will be refunded in full to the original payment method, and no future installment will be due. Participants will be notified by October 22.
Participant cancellation
A participant may cancel within three calendar days after purchase for a refund, provided the group has not begun. After that window, ordinary withdrawal does not create a refund, credit, or transfer, and any remaining payment stays due. The minimum-enrollment refund policy applies even if the individual cancellation window has passed. To cancel, email sara@dandelionschoolofself.com. The request is effective when received.
Missed sessions
Sessions are not recorded. There are no replays or individual makeup sessions. Missing a session does not create a refund.
Unsafe or seriously disruptive conduct
Sara may end a participant’s involvement when conduct is unsafe or seriously disruptive to the group’s ability to continue. Sessions already held are not refundable. For this limited purpose, the total price of the selected payment option is divided evenly across the eight scheduled sessions. The amount retained is the per-session price multiplied by the number of sessions already held. Any amount already paid above that figure is refunded, up to the total amount actually paid. Any unpaid future installment is canceled, and the participant will not owe an additional amount. Under the $700 paid-in-full option, the per-session amount is $87.50. Under the $800 two-payment option, the per-session amount is $100. Any refund will return to the original payment method.
Program changes by Dandelion School of Self
If Sara cancels a session, she will offer a replacement date when possible. If a replacement session is not offered, participants will receive a prorated refund for that canceled session. If Dandelion School of Self cancels the remaining program, participants will receive a prorated refund for all sessions that will not be held.
General email permission
Purchasing Being Yourself, Together does not subscribe a participant to general marketing emails or Sara’s notes. That permission is optional, separate, and may be withdrawn at any time.
