A different kind of conversation

Notice what happens
when you meet.

A horse has preferences, responses, and a pace of their own. Being in relationship asks us to pay attention: to ourselves, to the horse, and to what is happening between us.

You might notice an urge to make something happen, worry about getting it right, or feel unsure how to ask. Those moments give us something to explore. What do you want? What do you notice under pressure? What could you attempt?

This is ground-based work, with no riding. You do not need horse experience. We attend to your choices and comfort as well as the horse’s welfare.

What this gives you room for

What happens next

A clear place
to begin.

  1. Choose your date and review what to expect and the terms. Ask about participation needs before deciding if you are unsure.
  2. Complete registration and payment. Receive confirmation, the event’s status, farm directions, preparation information, and the required consent and liability forms.
  3. Bring an intention, curiosity, and clothing suited to the farm and weather. We begin together and make room for each person’s pace.

Before you decide

A few things you may be wondering

Will I ride? What if I feel nervous?

There is no riding. All work is on the ground. Nervousness is something we can talk about; you can pause and ask for support. Contact us about mobility, sensory, or other participation needs so we can discuss what this experience can accommodate.

What happens if weather or a horse’s needs change the plan?

Participant safety and horse welfare guide what we can do. We may adjust the activity or conditions. Meaningful horse contact is part of what you purchase; if we cannot provide that component, we discuss the appropriate alternative, transfer, credit, or refund under the terms. You are not required to accept a substantially different experience as equivalent.

Can I cancel or move to another date?

A three-calendar-day written cancellation/refund window applies after purchase, only before delivery begins. After that window, one transfer is available with at least seven days’ notice, subject to the applicable arrangement and space. Genuine emergencies and Dandelion cancellation or non-delivery have separate remedies. The full terms are provided before purchase.

Does this include Community membership?

No. A horse experience does not automatically qualify you for the protected ongoing Community. You are welcome to explore the other pathways or a free Community Conversation.
