Start CoachingSomething keeps happening.
You want to understand it.
You may find yourself reacting in ways that surprise you, pulling away when something matters, or carrying more responsibility than you can sustain.
Perhaps part of you wants something to change while another part holds back. You want closeness and also need distance. You know what you want until someone else wants something different.
You may have spent years understanding yourself and still find familiar patterns difficult to shift. Or you may have no clear explanation, only a sense that something feels hard, disconnected, or no longer workable.
It might show up in a relationship, your work, a decision, parenting, or the way you feel about yourself.
You can bring any of that here.
Always complete,
never finished.
You arrive as a whole person, with experiences, strengths, contradictions, and ways of protecting yourself that deserve to be understood.
There may be parts of yourself you know well and others you have learned to push away, distrust, or keep out of view. We can make room to get to know them and explore how they shape your experience.
Together, we look at how you relate to yourself, how you relate to other people, and what happens where those relationships meet.
You remain the author of what that means and what you want for your life.
What could become different?
Through this work, you may find more room to:
- Understand reactions that have felt confusing or beyond your control
- Recognize different needs within yourself without having to silence one of them
- Feel more connected to your body and what you are experiencing
- Have greater choice in moments that usually lead to pressure, shutdown, or conflict
- Stay connected to yourself through disagreement, disappointment, or uncertainty
- Take responsibility for your impact while respecting your own needs and limits
- Make decisions that feel more like your own
Your circumstances belong in the conversation, too. We consider the relationships, expectations, and systems around you, including where something outside you needs to change.
How I work
My approach is integrative. I bring together relational work, somatic awareness, and parts work informed by IFS and Gestalt.
In practice, we begin with what is happening for you.
We might explore a recurring situation, notice what happens in your body as you speak about it, or become curious about different parts of you that want different things. We may attend to a familiar story about yourself, what a reaction protects, or what is happening between us in the moment.
There is room to stay with something before you know how to explain it or what you want to do about it. There is also room for direct questions, honest feedback, practical decisions, and attempting something different.
We find our way through the work together, with attention to your pace, preferences, and circumstances.
Our relationship can become part of the work.
I bring expertise. You bring authority over your own life.
You might notice yourself agreeing with me when you don’t agree, wondering whether you are doing coaching correctly, or worrying that you have disappointed me. You may feel understood, misunderstood, supported, frustrated, or unsure.
If you want to, we can make room for those experiences together.
You can tell me I have missed something, ask for a different pace, set a limit, or decide you do not want to explore a particular subject. I am responsible for listening, considering my impact, and participating in repair.
What happens between us can offer an opportunity to understand a familiar pattern while it is happening and experience what else may be possible.
Experiences of working with Sara
Participant experience
“Sara makes me feel seen as I grow in my roles as a wife, as a parent and as a leader and has given me so many tools to be better at all three. I have learned so much that has helped me better understand and strengthen the relationships in my life.”

Enough time for real work to move.
Coaching is offered in blocks of eight hours so there is time to get to know what brings you here, explore it with some depth, and return to what unfolds.
Your block gives us room to:
Begin with your experience.
Make space for what feels important, difficult, or not yet clear, and consider what you hope might become different.
Explore what emerges.
Attend to the connections between your reactions, sensations, stories, protective patterns, relationships, and circumstances.
Return to the work.
Notice what stays with you between sessions, what happens in daily life, and what needs more attention.
Consider what comes next.
Close by reflecting on your experience and deciding whether further support would be useful.
Any Practice Map we develop belongs to you. You decide what to record and share.
The block also provides a clear place to decide whether to continue. You choose whether to purchase more support. There is no automatic renewal, and no expectation that you should be “finished” after eight hours.

Choose your packageQuestions you may have
Do I need to know what I want to work on?
No. You can begin with a situation, a feeling, a decision, a relationship, or a sense that something needs attention. We can explore the starting point together.
Is this only for parents or people in helping professions?
No. Coaching is for adults exploring their relationship with themselves and others. Parenting and helping work are two possible contexts. You may come with something entirely different.
Can I come for parenting support without Foundations?
Yes. Foundations is not a prerequisite for this individual Coaching Block.
Is this therapy?
No. This offer is coaching, a relational learning and practice experience. It is not mental health diagnosis or treatment, medical care, or crisis support.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You have a three-calendar-day written cancellation/refund window after purchase, only before work begins. After that window, ordinary withdrawal does not create a refund, credit, or transfer.
Give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. A late cancellation or no-show uses the scheduled session. Separate emergency and provider-delivery remedies are explained in the full terms.
Does the block guarantee a result or include Community membership?
No specific result is guaranteed, and Coaching has no Early Fit guarantee. It does not automatically include or qualify you for Ongoing Community membership. Sessions are not routinely recorded.
Always complete, never finished.
