Someone in your corner

You don’t have to
figure out the whole
meeting alone.

You may know exactly what you want to say until you’re sitting at the table. Or you may have a pile of questions and no idea where to start.

We’ll work through what matters to you, prepare for the conversation, and make room for your child’s experience and perspective. Your voice stays at the center.

When meeting timing and availability align, Sara attends with you locally or virtually. Afterward, we return to what happened, what is still unclear, and what you want to do next.

What this gives you room for

Something to bring
into your actual life.

Six hours shared across the work

Before. During. After.

01 / Prepare

Find your footing.

Identify your priorities, prepare questions, and decide what you want people to understand. Your preparation helps us use the time well.

02 / Participate

Keep your voice
in the room.

Plan how you want to participate and what support would help. Sara can attend an agreed meeting when available; your self-advocacy remains the purpose.

03 / Reflect

Know your next step.

Make sense of what was discussed, name what is still unclear, and identify the questions or actions you want to follow up on.

Your meeting can still be taking shape

Begin with
what you know.

You may purchase before the meeting date or travel details are decided. Please understand that Sara’s availability for the eventual meeting may be limited. We will advocate for the ability to participate, but cannot guarantee attendance at a particular time.

Travel for one meeting within thirty miles of the farm is included in—and uses—the six hours. The farm is the mileage origin. For longer travel or an additional trip or meeting, we agree on time allocation and any charge before booking that travel.

What happens next

A clear place
to begin.

  1. Agree on the bounded support scope and review the summary and terms. A sales call is not universally required; you are welcome to ask questions.
  2. Pay in full before work begins, then receive confirmation, preparation materials, relevant permissions and your six-hour allocation explanation.
  3. Coordinate meeting timing and participation as details become known. Any travel outside the included arrangement is agreed before it is booked.

Before you decide

A few things you may be wondering

What if the school changes the meeting?

One school-initiated reschedule does not consume the reserved meeting hours, even with less than 48 hours’ notice. Work already completed remains used. Attendance at the replacement time depends on Sara’s availability.

If she cannot attend, we agree on suitable alternative support. If none is suitable, unused affected work is refunded. Further school-initiated changes will need an agreed arrangement.

How long do I have to use the package?

Ninety days from purchase, with an extension for provider availability or meeting delays caused by the outside organization.

What if I cancel or have an emergency?

The three-calendar-day written cancellation/refund window applies only before work starts. After it, ordinary withdrawal does not create a refund, credit, or transfer; remaining hours stay subject to the use window. Rescheduling requires 48 hours’ notice; late cancellation or a no-show uses reserved service time, apart from the school-change exception above.

For a genuine emergency, an extension comes first, then a Sara-approved credit or exceptional unused-service refund. If Dandelion cannot provide the work, we reschedule or refund the undelivered portion.
