Less figuring it out.
More finding out.

An experience can show you something that thinking alone cannot. Make room to notice, attempt, and learn with someone alongside.

Online groups, experiences with horses, and private time at the farm.

Learn. Attempt. Reflect. Repeat.

Learn through experience

Let’s see what happens
when you’re in it.

You can understand a pattern and still find yourself inside it. An experience gives you something real to notice: what you want, what happens under pressure, how you make a choice, and what changes when you attempt something different.

We begin with your intention. Then we make room for activity, relationship, reflection, and your own judgment. You choose what to share and what you want to take into your life.

There are different ways to begin. Horses are part of some experiences; you do not need to work with horses to participate in School of Self.

Your experience belongs to you

Bring an intention.
Leave with your own
next attempt.

What matters to you? What did you notice? What did you attempt, and what happened? Your practice map gives you a way to carry those questions beyond the experience.

You keep your map. If you choose to bring it into later coaching, it can give you somewhere to begin. Participation does not require handing over your private reflections.

You’re welcome to talk with us before you decide.
