Information collected
We may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, time zone, payment status, onboarding responses, access needs you choose to share, and communications you send to Sara. Payments are processed by Stripe. Dandelion School of Self does not receive or store your complete card number.
How the information is used
We use this information to process and document enrollment and payment; send required program communications; prepare for and facilitate the group; respond to questions, cancellation requests, and support needs; maintain business, tax, and payment records; and send Sara’s general notes only when you separately choose to receive them.
Service providers
Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the program, including Stripe for payments, Netlify for the website and enrollment forms, Kit for email, and Zoom for live sessions. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.
Group privacy
Participants agree not to share another participant’s name, story, or identifying details outside the group. Sara asks every participant to make this commitment, but Dandelion School of Self cannot guarantee another participant’s behavior. Sessions will not be recorded by Dandelion School of Self. Participants may not record, photograph, screen-capture, transcribe, or use an automated meeting assistant during a session.
General email permission
Purchasing the group does not subscribe you to marketing emails or Sara’s general notes. That choice is separate and optional. You may unsubscribe from general notes at any time without affecting your participation in the group.
Retention and requests
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and for applicable business, tax, legal, and payment-record obligations. You may ask what personal information Dandelion School of Self holds about you or request a correction or deletion, subject to records that must be retained. Email sara@dandelionschoolofself.com.
Adults only
Being Yourself, Together is for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
