Dandelion School of Self services are provided by Discovery Horse LLC. Payments are made to Discovery Horse LLC.
This agreement gives us a shared understanding of what you are joining, what is included, what you will pay and what happens if plans change. You can ask questions and name what is and is not working.
Your package includes eight hours with Sara Sherman, normally in four two-hour virtual sessions. A Discovery Call is optional. Included appointments have no additional appointment fee. Your personal Practice Map belongs to you; sharing it is your choice. No particular personal or relationship outcome is guaranteed. Please do not record sessions or share another participant’s personal story. Tell us about access needs so we can discuss them.
Your price is $1,200, paid once at enrollment. There is no automatic renewal.
One of the four ongoing paid coaching places is reserved for you when your first required payment clears.
Full payment must clear before scheduling and before the first session. You may then book your included two-hour sessions as you go from the available coaching times. You do not need to schedule all four sessions at enrollment. You have through the end of the Central Time calendar day that is 60 calendar days after your first actual Coaching session to complete your package, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Delays caused by Dandelion will not shorten your opportunity to complete the package. The billing period does not shorten this session completion window.
You may cancel in writing within three calendar days after purchase for a full refund only if service has not begun. Give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule; a late cancellation or no-show uses the scheduled session. After the initial cancellation window, ordinary withdrawal does not create a refund, credit or transfer. There is no Early Fit or results guarantee.
For a genuine emergency, we consider rescheduling first, then an approved twelve-month credit or, exceptionally, an unused-service refund. Dandelion cancellations do not use your hours. We offer replacement delivery; if we cannot complete the purchased work, the applicable unused refund or twelve-month credit applies. Where agreed horse-based work cannot be supplied and an alternative is declined, the provider non-delivery remedy applies. Coaching does not automatically include Community membership.
